First Time PFLL Players
All participants who are new to PFLL need to provide proof of age and residence BEFORE their registrations are considered complete. Little League now accepts a birth document as sole proof of birth date. Click here to download the updated proof-of-age requirements (released March 10, 2005).

An official birth certificate(with an embossed seal)and a copy of a utility bill must be provided in order to complete this registration if a player is not a returning PFLL player who has previously provided a birth certificate and proof of residence to the league. The league must retain the birth certificate on file.

Sibling Discount: There is a $25 discount for each additional child that will automatically be applied when you register.

Late Fee
There will be a $20 late fee for registrations received after 3/15/09.

Refunds
No refunds after January 15, 2009. Refunds prior to January 15, will be subject to a $25 charge.

Evaluations: Players 9 yrs and up will be required to attend a pre-season tryout session if advancing to more competitive “AA” or “Jr.-90” divisions. (details will be provided later).

Divisions:

T-Ball (5 & 6 yr olds*)
Farm (7 yr old*)
A (8 yr old)

AA (9 & 10 yr old*)
AAA ( 10 to 12 years old*)
Major(10 to12 yr olds*)
Junior 90’ and Junior 80’ Leagues (13 & 14 yr olds*)
Senior League (15 & 16 yr olds*)

*league ages as of 4/30/2009

Players at the Single A level and above will be placed on teams based on ability.

2009 Registration Fees:
Tball:	$100
Farm:	$160
Minors and Majors (9-12yrs.old):	$200
Junior 80's & Junior 90's* (13-14yrs old):	$225.00
Seniors* (15-16 yrs old):	$225.00
Big League* (17-18 yrs old):	$225.00

*NOTE: players on a Junior Gold team or any other team that plays significantly more games than normal will be required to pay an additional $100. This will be collected after the team assignments are made.

No refunds after January 15, 2009
Late fee of $20.00 after March 15,2009
$25.00 discount for additional family members
Players participating in competitive Intermediate and Advanced programs will be required to participate in player evaluations.
Evaluations are important to ensure balance of teams. Each of the leagues will communicate the date of their evaluations.
